Choose your store, pick an open time, and enter your brand, name and phone. For deliveries you can upload your manifest, invoice, COA and WCIA JSON right in the form. No login needed, and your team gets notified automatically.

Potential Vendor Trade Samples Information
Scheduling for Sample Drop-offs is not required.
Samples can be dropped off at both locations on Monday to Thursday from 9AM to 4PM.
Send JSON Upload links to the emails listed below for the respective locations. Please ensure these are emailed before dropping off.
Belltown Delivery Directions
Deliveries for the Belltown location must now be done through the front door instead of the parking garage.
For easier access to the store, please follow the green route listed below:
- Broad Street to Western Ave
- Turn right on Bay Street
You are unable to turn left on Denny Way or 1st Ave to access parking for store.
Parking Options:
- Customer lot located on Bay Street behind the store
- 30 minute loading zone located on the right side of Bay Street
Invoice/Manifests & JSON/WCIA Upload
Invoice/Manifests and JSON/WCIA Upload links must be emailed to the addresses below along with uploading invoice, manifest and JSON/WCIA links to your appointment when scheduling.
This will ensure little to no delays when processing your order.
